Shipping Address Policy: To help reduce credit card fraud, MacResource requires the shipping address to be verified with the credit card company. If your shipping address differs from your credit card billing address, call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask them to add your shipping address as an alternate address on your account--some companies have a separate address field, and others simply add the address to a notes or comments field. Thereafter, when you place an order with MacResource, enter your credit card company's 800 number in the comments field so we can verify your shipping address. Note that this may cause a delay in processing your order.
MacResource Computers sells equipment with 3 types of warranties:
1-Year Apple Inc. Warranty
The 1-Year Apple Inc. Warranty is covered and honored by Apple Inc. All tech support and repairs are the responsibility of Apple Inc. and not MacResource Computers. Apple Inc. MAY OR MAY NOT provide software support. All Apple Inc. support is subject to their own additional conditions and stipulations. No statement made here is meant to represent Apple Inc.'s official policy. MacResource will, at its own discretion, assist the customer in troubleshooting or repair.
1-Year MacResource Warranty
The 1-Year MacResource Computers Warranty is covered and honored by MacResource Computers and/or its local repair affiliate. The repair service covers parts and labor only. It does not cover freight to or from the customer. MacResource will supply limited telephone tech support prior to the repair. MacResource's tech support is limited to hardware issues only. It does NOT include software setup and support. MacResource is not responsible for any data or productivity loss due to hardware failures. MacResource Computers may choose to refund customer's purchase price or repair or replace the warranted item at its own discretion. MacResource's liability shall be limited to the cost of the item (in the case of a refund), or its repair cost.
90-Day MacResource Warranty
The 90-Day MacResource Computers Warranty is covered and honored by MacResource Computers and/or its local repair affiliate. The repair service covers parts and labor only. It does not cover freight to or from the customer. MacResource will supply limited phone tech support prior to the repair. MacResource's tech support is limited to hardware issues only. It does NOT include software setup and support. MacResource is not responsible for any data or productivity loss due to hardware failures. MacResource Computers may choose to refund customer's purchase price or repair the warranted item at its own discretion. MacResource's liability shall be limited to the cost of the item (in the case of a refund), or its repair cost.
