Refurbished computers:

• May have minor scratches or other minor cosmetic blemishes. (Any major defects will be noted.)
• Are well packaged but may not ship in the original box.
• Do not ship with the original CDs, manuals, or accessories.
• Will come pre-installed with their original operating system (or later) and software.
• Include at least a 90-day store warranty, depending on the unit.
  

Parts: Most power supplies, and various other parts, are priced on an exchange or non-exchange (outright) basis. All orders will be invoiced at the outright price. If the old part is returned to MacResource within ten (10) working days, the customer will be refunded the difference between the outright and exchange prices, plus any applicable taxes, using the same method of payment utilized on the original invoice.

Returns: Defective or damaged items may be returned for replacement or refund, at the discretion of MacResource Computers. All other product returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
